What information is required for approval?

We require basic demographic information about the business to approve credit. Your vendor will submit your information to us for approval. In rare cases, we may ask you for financial documents to verify financial health of your business or personal guarantee if the majority ownership is held by a single individual. Your application will never impact your business or personal credit scores.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Legally we are required to confirm your identity before you can sign the agreement. The information provided during verification step is strictly used for compliance and verification and does not affect your application or credit score. You can verify yourself by either providing SSN or scanning a state issued ID.

Who can complete the agreement?

We require owners or officers of the company who have the authority to make financial decisions to sign the agreement. If you do not have the authority, you'll be allowed to complete all steps except verification and signature. You can send the application to the appropriate person at that step.

How do I make payments?

You'll be prompted to connect your bank account or manually enter banking details during the checkout process. Once we have the information, we will auto-debit your account. All banking information is encrypted in compliance with bank-grade standards.

In certain circumstances, you may be eligible to pay via invoice. Contact your vendor for more details.

What is Plaid? Is it secure?

Plaid is a third-party service that makes it super simple to connect your bank account for payments. You can read more about Plaid here. We recommend connecting your bank account through Plaid to avoid any errors with bank account details.

How do I keep track of payments?

Every month we will auto-debit your account and send you an invoice showing all payments and remaining balance. You can also reach out to your vendor or Vartana to get more details.
